Although the previous competition is now closed you can still continue to practise Zentangles whenever you wish.
Zentangles is a wonderful technique using drawing to increase mindfulness. This technique pairs meditation with simple drawing techniques. It is a great exercise to help us relax, channel creativity or just switch off from the stress of the outside world.
